All I Have

Is a Picture.

Now they are gone.
She lived to see her Great Grandson marry.
And to hold her first Great Great Grand-Daughter.

She was the most giving person I have ever known.
As well as the most forgiving.
While I can forgive those that have hurt me -
I will never forget.
I have tried so hard, to be strong...
now, I question how to move forward,
my next move...
But move forward, I will.

  1. You have so much more than a photo. All of the wonderful memories and lessons...treasure them in your heart. AND you will move forward and be stronger and wiser....

  2. You are our Daisy Duke, and we know she's a very strong willed individual. You will "rock on".

  3. When I was young, all I wanted to be was a mother. As I grew older, all I wanted to be was a grandmother. Now I have 9 grandchildren. My hope is that I have instilled in them the ability to be wise, caring, forgiving and loving. There's nothing quite like a grandmother's love. You are truly blessed to have had your grandmother in your life. Her wisdom will guide you through this turmoil that you are now going through.

My Grandmother always told me, "If you hang around with skunks, you're gonna get some stink on you."
