Rev. James Brown

Lately, I've been seeing comments that some people
find music distracting.
REALLY??

Well, I guess they'll never be a follower of mine,
because there will ALWAYS BE MUSIC here Baby!

I'm a card carrying member of the

Church of Get Up and Move Yo' Ass!

Know what I'm sayin? How can you hear music like this
and not want to get up and dance?

Get up off'a that thang!
And shake it, you'll feel better!
The man knows what he's talkin' about.

Now that I've got your tambourine goin',
here's a few projects on the table right now.

Right now, I'm making another slipcover like this one, this time for a daybed.

Re-upholstering a chair in this blue chenille.

This rooster print and stripe fabric will be lovely window treatments.

The red checked will be barstool slip-covers.

I am lovin' this black fabric. Almost finished with these window treatments. I'll soon have photos of some finished projects for you.

Today...
I hope you turn your speakers up,
I hope you dance,
I hope you are lovin' life as much as I am.

  2. You rock and so does music! Like you, wherever I am, I've got my music on. Riley and I dance daily, and I love when she says, "come on Gramma, let's dance"! I've got an ipod I play on "shuffle" at my store full of my favorite music. BTW, you are one talented seamstress girl, assuming I spelled that right! Take care.

My Grandmother always told me, "If you hang around with skunks, you're gonna get some stink on you."
