Party Girl

The Wee Lass was just invited to another birthday party for one of her little friends.
We usually do this kind of thing for her friends.

For this junior sized tote bag, I used a denim remnant measuring 14.5 x 27 inches.
A little fusible interfacing on different pink scraps of fabrics for her name, and added flower and butterfly sequins with beads, and
TA - DA !!

I used a cute vintage sheet for the bag lining and handles.
I think all little girls love getting personalized gifts.
And it cost me nothing but a few hours time.
Cute... Right?

  1. Aren't you the clever girl? This bag is very cute! Maybe you should put some on Etsy!

  2. What an adorable will be treasured fo years to come.

  3. Hey, I have an award for you on my blog :)

  4. hey sweetie!
that is such a cute idea! we have a bd party for the girls' friend tomorrow... maybe I'll whip one up for her!
    love ya,
    :) Missy

  5. What a great gift, and I LOVE "Midnight Train to Georgia"!! We gotta hook up, do some garden and listen to music while we eat our sashimi!
    Take care, Sue

  6. Oh Teresa
I adore this little bag. I just bought myself a Michel bag. It's really cool because I can change the "skin". It's a basic black purse that has interchangeable skins...I love it. Hey maybe I'll blog about it.
Hope the Wee Lass had a blast.
    Love You
